1. Growing aligned membership and community through collaboration and co-production 
2. Through harvesting IT and AI development, the sharing of knowledge and information that support improved and integrated head and neck patient care, workforce experience and well-being 
3. Delivering innovative multidisciplinary training and research projects that transcend traditional organisational, geographic and political barriers
4. Focusing activities especially on hard to serve patient groups and communities (where care is suboptimal or neglected) to ensure equity, diversity and inclusivity for all
5. Ensuring all activities focus on reducing carbon footprint, promoting sustainability, and involving patients and the public
6. Providing a platform to highlight transformative innovations and celebrate their impact on health and social care locally and globally
